3D Visualisations can be a great aid in seeing your proposed project before it's been built. With the aid of 3D computer models and photos we can generate photo-realistic images. All images would be provided to you on CD.

We can produce Building Regulation drawings for all domestic properties; we will also liaise with a chosen structural engineer to produce a complete package to submit to the local councils Building Control Department. These drawings can also form part of a tender package suitable to send out to building contractors to price the work.  

We can produce 2D Plans of your property, either to add to sales particulars, or for you to make your own planning application. All our surveys are undertaken using accurate laser measures, and then drawn up in Auto-CAD. All plans can be provided on CD if required. You may have existing hard copies of your house plans, we are able scale and draft these into Cad for you. 

We can provide fully compliant plans for all Land Registry submissions. We will carry out an accurate survey of your property and produce 2D floor plans, including digital Ordnance Survey Data to produce location and site plans to the correct scale. These can be printed at A4 with the necessary boundaries marked on and be given to your solicitor to finalise Deeds and Lease plans.

We can produce Planning Applications for all domestic properties; this includes new dwellings,  loft conversions, single or two storey extensions and applications for conservatories and garages etc. If you need to know whether planning permission is required, we can advise you.
